Your jewelry is in good hands at JM - all work is performed on-site by our highly skilled and dedicated jewelers. And, we use only the finest materials and state-of-the-art equipment. For example, JM has an in-house laser soldering machine that enables us to perform the most precise soldering possible. It also gives us the ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials that could not be soldered using traditional soldering techniques employed by most other jewelers in the Baltimore area.


Catalog orders
At JM Jewelers, you can purchase items from our designer gallery of hand-crafted items, from our vendor showroom, or browse through our library of vendor catalogs to make your selection. In most cases, your catalog purchases will arrive within two weeks or less.


Payment options
You may pay for your JM Jewelry purchases by cash, check or credit card. We also accept wire transfers.


Return policy

• Showroom items
  JM will help you select the perfect designer original or vendor item from our showroom, whether you're treating yourself or someone special. If for some reason you need to return a showroom item, you may do so within 10 days of purchase. You will need to return the item in an unaltered condition along with your original receipt.
  
  
• Custom-designed jewelry
  Custom-designed pieces cannot be returned, because they cannot be resold. However, when JM creates jewelry just for you, you are involved in every phase of the process, giving us your approval before we proceed to the next step. This helps ensure your total satisfaction with the finished piece.
